Terms of Sale

The checkout page states the price, included files or services, and access period before payment. Criterion Sourcing Index access is one payment for 365 days and does not renew automatically. Other TAC Library editions are delivered as the edition described on their product page.

Delivery is digital and begins after Stripe confirms payment. You are responsible for using an email address you can access. TAC provides a self-service email link for restoring eligible purchases on another device.

A purchase gives one customer a limited, non-transferable right to use the product for personal use or within that customer’s own business. You may not resell, republish, scrape, share access credentials, or distribute the database, files, exports, or substantial extracts to another person or organization.

TAC’s sourcing material is editorial research, not a factory audit, certification, legal opinion, or production guarantee. Evidence can change, and a manufacturer’s inclusion is not an endorsement. You remain responsible for direct diligence, samples, contracts, compliance, and payment decisions.

TAC may correct errors, update records, retire unsupported claims, or change the presentation of a product. If a paid product becomes materially unavailable during its promised access period, TAC will make a reasonable effort to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy under the Refund Policy.

Stripe processes payment and may collect billing details. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout when TAC is required and configured to collect them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions can be sent to hello@theaestheticcriterion.com.
