Refund Policy

TAC wants a digital purchase to be useful, understandable, and accessible. If access fails or the product is materially different from its checkout description, email hello@theaestheticcriterion.com and TAC will first try to correct the problem promptly.

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase. TAC may decline a discretionary refund after a substantial part of a downloadable product has been downloaded, copied, or exported, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges and purchases that TAC cannot deliver are eligible for correction or refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing time varies. A full refund revokes the related TAC access; partial refunds, if offered, do not change access unless TAC states otherwise.

Include the email used at checkout and the Stripe receipt number in your request. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
