TAC First Collection

Build the plan before you build the inventory.

Turn your fashion-brand idea into a collection plan with prices, costs, quantities, cash needs, production tasks, and launch dates in one place.

Built for serious first-time founders who need to know what the launch requires before they commit to inventory.

The expensive moment

The collection becomes costly before it becomes clear.

Samples, minimums, packaging, photography, inventory, fulfillment, and launch activity begin drawing cash while critical assumptions remain scattered. This workspace connects those decisions before the commitments compound.

Can your current budget carry the order?

Get a concise estimate of inventory commitment, startup cash required, and the number of units your available cash can carry—before you build the full collection model.

Who it is for

You have a real brand idea—and real money at risk.

Starting from an idea

Turn an early concept into a specific customer, first assortment, budget, sales model, and launch sequence.

Already sampling

Bring quotes, minimums, and per-unit costs into one model before approving production.

Launching to an audience

Compare preorder, limited-drop, made-to-order, wholesale, and inventory-led plans without treating attention as guaranteed sales.

Reworking a first attempt

Find the missing costs, untested steps, and timing gaps before putting more cash into a relaunch.

Inside the OS

Structure, calculations, and visible dependencies.

Build a working collection model, see the math change as your assumptions change, track what is unfinished, and export a backup of your plan.

Outside the OS

No design, supplier selection, or professional advice.

It does not create garments, recommend factories, approve a launch, or replace legal, tax, accounting, or compliance professionals.

Start with the numbers—or build the complete plan.

Before you buy

Bring what you know. Find what you do not.

You can start with only an idea. The financial model becomes most useful when you can add supplier quotes, order quantities, and realistic launch costs. Plan 60–90 minutes for a first pass, then return as your figures firm up.

This is a planning workspace, not a course, coaching program, design service, factory shortlist, or promise of sales. If you want someone else to make the decisions for you, it is not the right product.

Access is delivered after checkout. If you switch devices or browsers, use the purchase-access link sent to your checkout email and import your latest backup.

Questions before committing

What serious founders usually ask.

Do I need a supplier before I start?

No. Start with estimates, then replace them with quotes. The Launch OS prepares the information and questions needed for comparable supplier conversations, but it does not choose a factory.

Will TAC judge whether my brand should launch?

No. The workspace calculates from your inputs and shows unfinished fields, checklist items, and mathematical conflicts. It does not score taste, predict demand, or approve a launch.

What happens if I buy Financial OS first?

Your financial model carries into the Launch OS. The later upgrade is $100, making the two-step total $249. Buying the complete Launch OS now is $199.

Can I use a currency other than US dollars?

Yes. The workspace supports USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, and AUD planning. Keep all entries in the same currency. Product checkout is charged in USD.

Where is my plan stored?

Your entries autosave in your browser and are not sent to TAC. Export a JSON backup whenever you reach a meaningful milestone or plan to change devices.

What if the product is not as described?

Review the Refund Policy before purchase. The checkout also requires acceptance of the Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.
